Design and construction of a new 1500sqm industrial building to house Ascot Sign Co completed this month. The two-unit industrial development consisted of two 600sqm warehouses with adjoining 150sqm offices. In addition, the project built was with concrete tilt panels and steel roofing to meet the needs of the growing sign company.
Ascot Sign Co is a locally owned and operated company that specializes in custom sign design, fabrication, and delivery. Their portfolio also includes domestic, private, corporate, government, and commercial clients ranging in size from small to large.
Project Management
Because of good design, construction, project management, and documentation, the project finished was actually ahead of schedule and on budget. This meant the client had plenty of time to relocate from their old location, which had grown antiquated and unable to satisfy the company’s needs.

Ascot Sign Co relocated to the new Tonkin Highway Industrial Park by Linc Property Group. A logistically well-located industrial park within the Perth metropolitan area. In addition, Built Ink has also completed a number of projects within the estate to date.
